Technology For Seniors

Seniors today are faced with a dilemma. They did not grow up during the era of computers and the internet, yet this age group now depends on this technology. As a result, seniors are learning more and using technologies for the first time. Circle of Care, St. Louis, offers FREE one-on-one and group computer training that teaches seniors the basic computer and Internet skills needed to access benefits, resources and to stay connected to family and friends.

Studies found that only a little more than a quarter of Americans 65 and older are Internet-literate.

Lack of computer literacy in seniors diminishes their quality of life; reduces competitiveness and life options; and closes them off from a world of information, entertainment, and communications.

Please help keep our seniors connected by donating new or used laptops for this program.
